Discount Codes

Discount Codes can be applied during the checkout process. Simply add them to the box before making payment. Discounts must be applied prior to purchase and cannot be retroactively added.

I’ve Received a faulty or incorrect item

I’m so sorry! Sometimes, I get things wrong. Drop me an email at hello@pedalslip.com and I’ll sort it out for you.

Delivery Times and Couriers

During checkout, you can select a delivery method to suit. I currently offer two options: standard and express.

For larger items, standard shipping uses Royal Mail 48 hour; express is 24 hour.

For letter-sized items, standard shipping uses Royal Mail second class; express uses first class.

Processing of your purchase can take up to 5 working days – but are usually completed within the same day. You will receive an email to notify you once your item is shipped.

For all shipping, please allow up to 15 days for your parcel to arrive. This aligns with Royal Mail’s policy where items cannot be claimed as ‘lost’ until after this period. If your item has still not arrived after this period, email me at hello@pedalslip.com and I’ll get in touch with Royal Mail to fix the problem.

What about digital products?

Digital products can be downloaded instantly using the link which is emailed to you after purchase or through your account.

Why Don’t You Ship Overseas?

Pedal Slip is owned and operated by one person and shipping overseas can be complicated. Through the website, I currently only offer shipping to mainland UK. However, if you’re looking to purchase from overseas, do reach out to me at hello@pedalslip.com and I’ll find a quote for shipping an item to you.
